United Nations Security Force
The United Nations Security Force (UNSF) is the unified United Nations military organization for the terrestrial domain. It places land, maritime, and aerodynamic military capability under one Security Council-controlled structure rather than preserving separate national armies, navies, and air forces.
Structure
The UNSF contains three subsidiary forces: the United Nations Ground Force, United Nations Maritime Force, and United Nations Air Force. Each retains professional identity, recruiting, training, doctrine, qualification, and domain expertise beneath a single Security Force command.
Mission
The Security Force provides defense against interstate aggression, peacekeeping, peace enforcement, protection of common terrestrial security, and enforcement necessary to protect universal rights where civil authority cannot or will not provide effective protection.
Relationship with nations
The UNSF does not replace ordinary national government or policing. Nations may retain lawful police, border, coast-guard, territorial-air-guard, protective, rescue, civil-defense, disaster-response, and emergency institutions. The constitutional boundary is functional: retained national institutions cannot preserve an interstate or expeditionary military role by changing their names.
Accountability
UNSF personnel serve a direct United Nations chain of command and are bound by the Constitution of Humanity, universal rights law, Security Council orders, and the Council General Orders. The Security Council remains the supreme military command authority.

The UNSF is designed during the Chapter Twenty-Five constitutional drafting process as the terrestrial counterpart to the already-existing United Nations Navy. The three-force structure avoids recreating separate top-level army, navy, and air-force bureaucracies while preserving professional domain expertise.
When the Constitution enters into force at 00:00 UTC on January 1, 2045, independent national interstate war-making authority ends. Existing United Nations peacekeeping, Watchtower, and international-enforcement personnel and assets transition into the Security Force or the appropriate subsidiary force during the 2045 implementation year.
The same settlement leaves national domestic-security institutions intact where their actual mission and capability are genuinely domestic. By the end of 2045, any remaining national military organization or operational national military capability outside United Nations authority must be gone.
