Military demilitarization versus renaming
The distinction between genuinely ending prohibited war-making capability and merely changing a military organization’s name or administrative designation.
Meaning in the series
Under the Military Organization Order, former national forces cannot retain war-making missions through relabeling, foreign basing, escorts, or similar workarounds. Independent physical verification completes the process.
