Constitutional constituent authority
The principle by which the peoples of humanity constitute a new constitutional governing order rather than merely coordinating existing sovereign powers.
Meaning in the series
The Mine’s Constitution begins with the peoples of humanity establishing common authority. This is a principle asserted by the fictional founding, not a claim that contemporary governments have already accepted an identical legal system.
