At 00:00 UTC on January 1, 2045, the Constitution of Humanity enters into force and the Security Council assumes exclusive constitutional authority over humanity’s military forces. Independent national interstate war-making authority ends at that moment. Existing lawful United Nations operations continue under delegated authority while the organizational transfer and verified physical demilitarization proceed through 2045.
