What happens in the series

In August 2032, President Valen presents a controlled reception corridor for Russians who choose to leave, applying the Acceptance Doctrine to create a lawful, screened exit rather than an uncontrolled mass crossing. The September chapter follows the practical throughput and security screening in Estonia’s Ida-Viru County. The later Burachki–Terehova handoff is a separate documented custody-transfer arrangement in December, not the founding date of the refugee corridor.
